Do I need any specific Diet after pregnancy ?

Yes, the nutrient requirement differs in every stage of life. The only food baby can consume is breast milk. If mother is consuming healthy food then only baby can get healthy milk. For BreastFeeding mom the diet will be different. Exercise will be different too.

When can I start losing weight of pregnancy ?

In case of normal uncomplicated delivery, it's generally safe to begin exercising a few days after giving birth or as soon as you feel ready. In case of a C-section, it will differ from person to person and physical condition. After checking the level of complication we will decide when can start the programme.

Can I exercise if I had a C-section ?

Yes, You can. How to exercise , when can you start exercising, what type of exercise will be suitable for you will be different for each one of you. Before we start the program, during analysis we will check these factors and will design your personalised program. But yes you can exercise effectively.

How can I get my stomach flat after pregnancy ?

There are many reasons for the fat belly. With a balanced diet, effective exercise and changes in Lifestyle will surely help to reduce the stomach.

How can I prevent my breast sagging after pregnancy?

Breast sagging is the side effect of poor eating habits, poor breast care and poor posture while feeding. During the programme I mothers are taught different methods to get good shape of your breast. Yes this is possible and need very less efforts and time.

What is important to get into shape or Healthy and Fit ?

Of course, being healthy and fit is more important. Don't rush to get back to your shape. You will surely be in the perfect shape soon but there is no point in torturing your body for fast result. Once you will get balanced diet and lifestyle you will automatically get back to your perfect shape.

Is it realistic to get back into shape with lightning speed ?

My answer is NO. Please do not play with your body in such a way. Give some time, have patience, you will get what you want in very less time. The result you will get should last for longer. Therefore crash diet, shortcuts is not the correct solution.
