What is the correct age to join Fitness First Program ?
Anyone can join fitness program. this includes Balanced Nutrition, Exercise and Lifestyle Management.
Can I still loose weight if I do not have time to go to Gym everyday ?
Yes you can, very easily.
Can I have flat tummy after the program ?
Yes, we will set your fitness target, plan diet, exercise accordingly and surely you can achieve flat tummy.
Can I enjoy eating what I want and still lose weight ?
Yes you can. I will design your diet plan considering your likes and dislikes.
How to lose weight fast ?
Each person is different and each person has its own body response to food and exercise. I always prefer gradual transformation. Fast, quick, short cut - such things are not sustainable. I would prefer you should go for long lasting effective result.
Can I do exercise during Menstrual cycle ?
Yes, you can. In your program it will be taught - what type of exercise you can do, how to do it and when.
Will I put on weight again if I stop following diet or exercise routine ?
